Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer our full service Freedom Package for only 4.5% for 9+ Unit Properties and for landlords with Portfolios of properties consisting of a total of at least 25 units, in any combination of property types.
DO YOU MANAGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE?
Yes and no. We manage commercial real estate that consists of residential dwellings, but we do not manage commercial real estate that consists of retail or office spaces designated for commercial activity.
