Yes! We offer property management packages starting at 0.9% for 9+ unit properties and for landlords with portfolios of properties consisting of at least 25 units. This includes any combination of property types.

Are you licensed?

Yes! RentalHouse Property Management is proud to be a licensed California Corporation. DRE License #02140502

Do you manage commercial real estate?

Yes and no. We manage commercial real estate that consists of residential dwellings, but we do not manage commercial real estate that consists of retail or office spaces designated for commercial activity.
